Production Scoping
Meet with our exclusive production team, HDL productions, to scope lighting, audio, video, staging, custom immersive/projection needs, and any other elements you require to bring your vision to life.
Catering & Beverage Plan
Choose from HDL’s preferred caterers—or bring an outside team with prior approval and a buyout fee. We’ll coordinate venue guidelines (back-of-house layout, rental access, equipment power, waste removal) and align on bars, staffing, and service flow.
Book your Event
Once you sign your contract and submit initial venue payment, your date is secured at HDL. Now, its time to finalize production plans and coordinate with vendors to help bring your vision to life. Our team is here with you every step of the way including full team walkthroughs and collaboration through event day.
